Dedicated to being the premier orthopedic group in the region, Lakeside Orthopedic Institute was formed in the summer of 2005 through the merger of the established practices of Lakeside Orthopedic Surgery, Havasu Orthopedic and Sports Medicine, and Advanced Orthopedic and Spine.

The mission behind the merger was to provide the residents of Lake Havasu City and the surrounding communities with specialized medical care in the field of orthopedics.
